Inside the wraps you can add healthy ingredients like: cucumbers (peeled and seeded), tomatoes, green and red onions, grilled chicken, egg salad made with low-fat mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, cilantro and basil.

Hold Your Wraps Together
To make sure your wraps stay wrapped tightly and don’t open up and fall all over the place, you will want to use a creamy, sticky or adhesive-like ingredient that will act as a glue, such as: low fat Ricotta cheese, low fat mayo, Dijon mustard and avocado.
A Super Round Dessert
For dessert Diana creates a Super Round treat using whole Round fruits also known as Super Round fruits: red and green grapes, blackberries and blueberries — and some orange zest.
Beware of plating the Super Round dessert on a plate or risk your delicious fruity tasty treat rolling off before you are able to serve it. Diana suggests plating, or bowling, any Super Round dessert in a bowl.
