Today it’s all about snacks!
Snacks, snacks and more snacks! I’m going to focus on snacks before anything else. It’s my belief that keeping snacks with you and eating every 2 to 3 hours will keep your body satiated so you don’t chance being without food and then going crazy with hunger. We all know that is, when the little voices in our head trick us into eating in an unhealthy way.
Likely you are happily eating your favorite Round menus, and hopefully you have ventured into your kitchen and are cooking most, if not all of your meals. But snacks, sometimes they are overlooked. You can prepare those ahead of time and get creative — you are the boss
Notice the simplicity of these Round Snacks
Of the ingredients below, choose the nuts, seeds and dried fruit you like the most and mix them together. It does not matter what you choose, they all go together and you can make it different every time. So choose all or just the ones you want. Mix it up!
1 ounce almonds
1 ounce walnuts
1 ounce pecans
1 ounce sunflower seeds
1 ounce soy nuts
1 ounce pine nuts
2 ounces yellow raisins
2 ounces dark raisins
2 ounces dried strawberries
2 ounces dried blueberries (diced)
2 ounces dried mango (diced)
2 ounces dried apricots (diced)
In a bowl, mix together all the nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Fill small snack containers with 1 to 2 shot glasses of the Round Gorp. Keep at least one with you at all times for when you are out in the world so you will never be without a snack. And if you live in California like I do, then you carry extra in case of an earthquake.
Frozen Grape Treats
A big bunch of red or green grapes
Wash, separate (from the stem) and dry the grapes. Place in a freezer container and put in the freezer. Let them freeze before eating any, and keep them in the freezer for snacking with later — especially on a hot summer day.
Here’s some ideas for simple snacks you can take out in the world:
- Assorted veggies
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Sliced bell peppers and snow peas
- Apples or other whole fruit
- Cherry tomatoes
You are what you eat
Your body rebuilds, remakes, renews itself every 7 years. That means that the food you eat now will be the material that your body uses to rebuild itself. So you can eat healthy or unhealthy foods and either build your new body out of the Fresh Round foods Mother Nature wants you to eat like apples, peaches or berries, or you can build your body out of unRound foods like greasy fast French fries or sugary unfood-like Twinkies.
All that is very hard to say in one breath. But this much I know is true, that in 7 years you and I will become what ever we ate along the way. Our new body will be made out of the food we chose to shove down our throats, like the materials in a house or a dress or a car — we are what we put into ourselves…our weakest link is the material we are made out of!
Say Yes to Round foods
The more you eat Round foods and keep healthy snacks with you, the sooner you can enjoy effortless healthy eating habits and turn your attention to how you will now live your long life. And you should know that once you cleanse your body of unRound substances, natural foods will suddenly taste extra delicious. For instance, carrots will taste sweet, apples will taste extra juicy, and grapes will taste uber succulent.
Be a Freegan with Recipes
Like an environmentally green Freegan who forages for free food, you can collect free recipes that use Round foods. You do not need to be a culinary expert to create balanced, delicious, nutritious, body-slimming meals.
As long as a recipe includes ingredients you can eat on the Round Diet or if they grow Round or can be sliced into circles from their natural Round shape, you can eat them on the Round Diet.

Nature’s Roundest Recipe
Blueberries are one of Mother Nature’s Roundest foods and they only take a second to wash so you can eat them. Try this recipe and you’ll be eating in a Round flash.
Any size bowl of fresh blueberries
Rinse blueberries. Toss a few into your mouth. Serve on a plate or in bowl, pack some in a container for later to eat on yogurt, or just eat them out of your hand. Enjoy!
Another very Round recipe
½ cup blueberries
2 plump fresh figs
Wash the figs and blueberries. Slice the figs into circles. Plate the figs and blueberries . Enjoy the beauty of this Super Round snack, more like a dessert, that you can eat with your hands.

- Write in your diet diary
- Exercise and stretch and pamper yourself
- Visualize while in a bubble bath
- Get 8 hours sleep
- Be proud of yourself!
