Curvy Shrimp salad

Ingredients

5 medium shrimp
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 red peppers
1 green onion
2 sliced circles of lemon
1 teaspoon any light dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash lettuce, peppers and onions, slice them all and place onto a plate. Rinse shrimp, pat dry, and place on the salad. Garnish with one of the circles of lemon. Sprinkle the salad with light dressing, and serve with a refreshing glass of ice tea dressed garnished with the other circle of lemon.
